David Jackson is the Founder and Managing Director of S2M Digital Recruitment. He is also the inaugural CEO at Blockchain Australia, sits on the board as Executive Chairman of ASX listed company REFFIND and is Non-Executive Director at the world’s leading enterprise blockchain loyalty start-up www.loyyal.com based in San Francisco. He is a serial entrepreneur, Crypto analyst and angel investor to early-stage businesses in Australia, Asia and the USA, and has over 23 years’ experience founding and mentoring successful start-ups across Australia, Asia and the United States.

David’s passion for supporting innovation in Australia and beyond has led him to become an active member of fintech incubator, Stone & Chalk, and tech accelerator, BlueChilli and the founder of Australia’s largest Blockchain MeetUp, Crypto Sydney. He sits on the board of angel group Sydney Angels Inc., is a mentor at Sydney University’s accelerator program, incubate.org.au and mentors at UNSW University’s entrepreneur programme.

David is a true business visionary who is well renowned for his energy, passion and drive, and his ability to think outside the box. Not to mention, frank honesty! David is in love with his family, holds a Bachelor of Business, and has over 28 years’ management experience in technology, finance, executive search, talent management, PR, sales, and revenue generation. Samantha is a founding director of S2M Digital and is one of the most respected recruiters in the Australian market.

Over a 18-year career in sales and marketing, it seems Sam has placed “half of Sydney” in career-defining roles. It is her long-standing relationships and the earned trust of her clients, her remarkable work ethic and genuine passion for the industry.

Brett Dickinson

Commercial Director – S2M Digital Recruitment

Brett is a seasoned recruiter with 20+ years of experience providing staff to some of the largest names in the world. Originally from the UK, Brett has successfully built and sold two recruitment businesses and brings his recruitment, consulting and business knowledge to the group.

He exudes passion and energy for both clients and candidates. Couple this with his superb in depth knowledge of a complex industry and a passion for all things digital, Brett is a good guy to talk to about your career options, future hires or consulting projects.

Nathan Ierano

Co-Founding Director & Principal Consultant – DSi Professional Services

Nathan is a customer focused, results driven technology & projects professional and people leader with a background in project and program delivery, cloud & digital services and business transformations.

With a proven track history of delivering successful projects/programs and strategic initiatives, Nathan has managed and lead successful teams through a variety of highly visible and difficult engagements. He enjoys developing people through mentoring and coaching to ensure they too can be successful with their careers.

Gareth Shaw

Director of Sales – DSi Professional Services

Gareth is the Director of Sales at DSi Professionals Pty Ltd and has many years’ experience in business development, account management and building high performing teams in business transformation, digital technology, and business services both here in Australia and the UK.  Initially working in high technology, engineering, and executive recruitment in London, over the last 10 years he has worked extensively in professional services specialising in business and technology project services.     

He has developed and managed business across major initiatives in banking and financial services, medical devices, healthcare, digital media, government, and industrial organisations. He now specialises in growing SMEs and taking them on a journey from start-up to established enterprises with high levels of IP, market share and business capability. Gareth is very interested in international business and is passionate about exporting Australian expertise to markets overseas.

Jessica Wagstaff

General Manager – ASR Recruitment

Jessica is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with 8 years’ experience working as a specialist both locally and abroad. Recognised by her clients and candidates as someone possessing a high level of emotional intelligence, an ability to create lasting partnerships and the work ethic required to match the right talent with the right roles, she is a passionate individual with strong values and a social conscience.

Jessica started her career in disability employment before moving to Canada, where she spent over 2 years’ recruiting professionals in the construction industry. She then returned to Newcastle, her home town, to build her brand as a specialist recruiter across Marketing, Communications, Digital, and Human Resources. Jess has a strong focus toward ethical business practices, excellent service delivery and customer outcomes over profits.

Graham Jenkins

Executive Search – S-Core Group

Graham has built and sold three businesses and has over 30 years’ experience in Recruitment industry. He has a wealth of business knowledge and formal qualifications in Finance, Human Resources and Law.

Graham has been a judge for the Telstra Business Awards for the last eight years. Graham works across all the S-Core businesses in an advisory capacity.

Neha Modi

Finance Manager – S2M Digital

Neha has worked for the S-Core founders for the past 12 years. She is currently the Finance Manager S2M. Neha has over 20 years experience in Accounts, Administration, Budgeting & Finance.

Erica Gahan

Group Administrator – S-Core Group

Erica has worked for the S-Core founders for the past 12 years. She has worked in HR, Office Management, Accounts, and now the group Administrator.

As a Justice of the Peace since her late teens, Erica is our most trustworthy member with over 20 years experience in Administration and Accounts. Erica has a can-do and will-do-now attitude!
